My hatred for the Ford Store has led me to the great love that we have developed for Scott at Auto Solutions. Honest business, and that says so much. My husband calls with questions and gets guidance, and if he can't solve it then we bring the cars in and the strangest thing happens..the problem gets fixed and the price is fair!With Scott's expertise to confirm our suspicions, we caught Ford straight up trying to screw us.We have given recommendations to many many friends and family members who live in the Hill.

They went through the pros/cons of using traditional vs synthetic oil, and overall, provided great service and value. We don't always have the luxury of having an extra driver to pick-up/drop off our car for service. Even though it was only an oil change, Amanda happily drove me home after I dropped off the car.

I won't take my car anywhere else. Scott knows his stuff. I always get great service, honest answers and pay a fair rate for service/repairs. What a relief!
